Terms & Conditions 365 Huat – Complete Platform User Guide

Use of the 365 Huat platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Aged at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Residing in or accessing the platform from a region where online betting is not explicitly prohibited under local law.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently subject to a self-exclusion period or ban imposed by 365 Huat or any relevant authority.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of a third party.

365 Huat reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be below the minimum age requirement, the account will be closed immediately and all deposits will be refunded after deducting any winnings obtained using those funds.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at 365 Huat at any one time. Multiple account registrations — whether using the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or device information — are strictly prohibited.
